Billing Policy

1. The Administrator offers upgraded services that can be used to gain exposure for your announcements and increase the number of people who see them.

2. The administrator provides premium features, such as Boost Plans and Top Ads Promo bundles. Any free promotions you make will be amplified if you purchase a Boost Plan. They will appear on every page containing that column, segment, or region. There is a distinct block for the most important announcements that sits atop the regular announcements. Duration, cost, payment options, and other terms and conditions for premium services are described in full at slgoo.sl.

3. Visit slgoo.sl or select a desired premium service while making an announcement to place an order for one of the site's premium services. Use the "Premium Services" section of your Profile or select a desired premium service while making an announcement in the mobile app.

4. Payment options are flexible, so you can use whatever way is most convenient for you when acquiring premium services. To complete your payment via credit card, bank transfer, or electronic wallet, you will be taken to the appropriate payment processor's checkout page. Your financial information entered on the payment screens is safe. Just payment-related details will be shared with the administrator. If you want to pay with cash, we'll provide you the information you need to make a deposit at any U.S. bank.

5. For any reason, at any time, and without prior notice, the Administrator may alter the scope and nature of the premium services it offers, as well as the associated costs and payment methods.

6. Due to the digital nature of these services, any payments made for them are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by the provisions of the applicable legislation. In the event that your announcement is taken from the Platform for violating the Terms of Use, or if you deactivate an announcement on your own, you understand and agree that no refunds will be issued on a prorated basis.

7. The Top Ad Promo bundle is only valid for a full year from the date of purchase (the "Service Validity Period"). You understand and agree that you will not be entitled to commence or use such Top Ad Promo package, nor will you be entitled to any refund, compensation, or replacement, if you fail to use such Top Ad Promo package during the Service Validity Period.

8. Since the premium offerings are not part of a subscription model, you will need to manually renew their validity periods whenever you require them..

9. The results of premium services are not guaranteed, and the Administrator is not responsible if they fall short of customer expectations..

The Referral Scheme

10. You can earn rewards (the "Referral Bonuses") for each Valid Referral through our referral program. If the referred friend I register for an account on the Platform and (ii) verifies his or her phone number on the Platform, then the recommendation is valid..

11.Your bonus account will be credited with the amount mentioned on the Platform for each Valid Referral within 24 hours of the date of the referral.

12. You can utilize your Referral Bonus to purchase premium services on the Platform, or (ii) recharge your mobile phone via the phone number associated with your account. For every referral, you'll receive a one-dollar bonus. 

13. All referral bonuses are valid for a period of 12 months from the day they were credited to your account ("Referral Bonuses Validity Period"). If you do not use your Referral Bonuses during the Referral Bonuses Validity Period, you will forfeit them and will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other compensation.

14. Any and all tax liability associated with your use of the Referral Bonuses is your personal responsibility.

15. If your account is suspended or canceled, for any reason, at our sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, including, but not limited to, the following reasons, any Referral Bonuses may be forfeited.

• In case your Platform account has been dormant (i.e., unused) for more than 365 days, we reserve the right to delete it;
• you violate the Agreement's (Usage Policy and Privacy Statement) stipulations;
• Because we think you're trying to take advantage of the Referral Bonuses and the service for illegal means;
• If there's any additional reason to believe that your account is being used for illegal purposes,
• We must take this measure to safeguard our Service, our Users, and our Good Name.

16. When your account is closed, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, you will not be paid out any remaining Referral Bonuses.

Credits

17. Credits ("Credits") purchased on the Platform may be used solely for the cost of the premium services. 1 Credit will be equivalent to 1 Leones  when paying for premium services.

18. After 12 months from the date of purchase (the "Credits Validity Period"), any unused credits will be forfeited. If you don't utilize your Credits throughout the Credits Validity Period, you'll lose them and can't get them back.

19. You acknowledge that Credits do not represent genuine currency or property of any kind and have no monetary worth. We or anyone else will not allow the Credits to be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged for any kind of cash, products, or services.

20. You are not permitted to buy or sell Credits or your account for legal tender or otherwise exchange them for value outside of the channels we have specifically authorized.

21. If your account is suspended or terminated, for any reason, in our sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, including, but not limited to, the following:

In case your Platform account has been dormant (i.e., unused) for more than 365 days, we reserve the right to delete it.

you violate the Agreement's (Usage Policy and Privacy Statement) stipulations;

we have reason to believe that you have engaged in fraudulent activity or are making improper use of the Credits and the Service;

if there's any additional reason to believe that your account is being used for illegal purposes,

We must take this measure to safeguard our Service, our Users, and our Good Name.

22. When your account is canceled, either voluntarily or involuntarily, you will not get any reimbursement or other recompense for any remaining unused Credits.
